By attending any Inked Circus event, all staff, artists, and attendees agree to the following terms and conditions.
Recording, Photography & Promotional Use
Inked Circus Tattoo Expos Inc. reserves the right to record, take photos, live stream, post to social media and use all such content for promotional purposes. This can and will not be limited to the use of these items to promote future expos or to revisit previous editions of the expo. These items will only be used for the purpose of branding and promotion and are not to be used in any negative light. Any reuse by parties not authorized will be required to remove them and may face possible fines. Reuse is not permitted without the written permission of Inked Circus Tattoo Expos Inc. As it is impossible to obtain everyone's individual authorization during a live event, this disclaimer will act as acceptance for these acts by its Staff, Artists and Attendees.
Age Requirements for Tattooing
Although the age of consent varies by opinion, Inked Circus Tattoo Expos Inc. reserves the right to protect itself and its Artists. 18 is the age of consent here in Canada and that is the age we follow to allow clients to be tattooed at our events. However, with a parent in attendance and a waiver signed, the minimum age of acceptance is 17. Anyone younger seeking to be tattooed is not acceptable and will be removed from the show without refund.
Alcohol Consumption
Drinking at Inked Circus Tattoo Expos Inc. events follows the same rules as everywhere else in Ontario — you must be 19+ to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
Smoking & Vaping
There is no smoking or vaping allowed indoors in Ontario. Please seek a designated smoking area during the shows.
