Important: All artists and piercers must comply with Ontario public health regulations. Local public health inspectors may conduct on-site inspections at any Inked Circus event. Please review all sections below before your show date.
All tattoo artists and body piercers operating at Inked Circus events are required to comply with Ontario's Health Protection and Promotion Act and local public health unit regulations.
Required Documentation
- Municipal or provincial operator/premises registration (if applicable)
- Completed City-Specific Public Health Forms
Documentation may be inspected by the local public health unit on-site. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in removal from the show without refund.
